How fit do I need to be?
This will be a fairly taxing day (especially if the weather turns) but we’ll have people of all different levels of fitness you can walk with. Our schedule does allow for a number of ‘breather’ stops as well as a lunch break. So plenty of time for catching up and to keep the group together on the way out. Usually, we let the group open up a little bit on the way back but always ensure there are strong navigators at the front and rear.
